Sudanese families in Egypt make up the largest refugee population in the country, with over 800,000 registered refugees following the outbreak of the Sudanese conflict. Many struggle every month to pay rent while also putting food on the table. Others cannot afford essential medical treatment. Some are living with permanent injuries caused by the conflict, while others face disabilities or vision loss that make earning a livelihood incredibly difficult.
